What early-career surveyors report after using it
Learners evaluate the modules they complete. The figures below show every evaluation received, not a selected sample, and measure how learners rated the material and how confident they felt applying it in practice.
Scores have held steady as more surveyors have taken the programme.
What this evidence is
Module-level evaluations completed by learners, in the spring 2026 pilot and since, covering how likely they were to recommend the course and how confident they felt applying what they learnt in the role.
The numbers are still small, and we report them at that scale deliberately.
What it does not claim
It does not measure fee recovery, APC outcomes or a firm's productivity. Any senior-time figure quoted elsewhere on this site is explicitly illustrative.
What it does show is that learners rated the material highly and felt more confident applying it.
In learners' own words

"The information in there is comprehensive and 'reassuring'… It serves as a useful reminder at any stage during the journey and can be referred back to at any time."
"I will certainly apply the 'Seat-Number-System' when I record meeting minutes with clients who I am not familiar with."
"…has helped me at this current stage of my career. I believe it will give new apprentices/graduates a head start when they first start the company."
"I've found that the Surveying Academy is very helpful and useful, and provides an expansive collection of knowledge to improve the office skills and site work of early-career surveyors."
"I did not find anything too basic or too challenging. I found that the information offered by the Surveying Academy is a beneficial supplementary, providing both important and new information that can benefit an early-career surveyor in an office environment and on site."
"From having learnt new information and refreshing my knowledge from the introductory knowledge alone, then specific, concurrent modules would certainly be worth a graduate's time."
Don't take the scores on trust. Put one of your own graduates or apprentices through it for six months and judge it inside your firm.
